There is no drilling, shots, grinding, or any other procedure necessary to wear the Press On Veneers. The Press On Veneers are completely reversible and cause no damage to existing teeth.
When you first place the Press On Veneers in your mouth, you may experience some difficulties with your speech. This is a temporary side effect as you should be speaking normally within a few days of wearing them on a consistent basis.
You can eat food with the veneers in place. We recommend that you eat softer foods. We believe the ability to eat an apple is misleading.

While it is not easy to stain your Press On Veneers, it is possible with certain foods and drinks. Tea, wine, coffee, and tobacco will all stain your Press On Veneers just as they stain teeth. Cleaning the Press On Veneers is a snap, however.

Press On Veneers is made from a durable, comfortable material designed to last for years with appropriate care.
We generally use the current shade of your teeth as displayed in pictures you send along with your impressions. This matches the veneer to the current shade of your teeth and allows you to wear them with confidence knowing that people will not be able to tell the difference in your veneers and your actual teeth. You may also specify a shade you wish your Press On Veneers to be using the shade guide included in your initial package, and we will do our best to make the shade you choose for your Press On Veneers match your existing smile.
Press On Veneers is a removable veneer. No glues or adhesives are necessary, as the veneer holds fast to your existing teeth.
Press On Veneers are made to cover the smile teeth. Generally this covers the first 10 teeth (front 5 on each side). If the teeth nearest the back of the mouth are missing, we will extend the veneer to provide stability and aesthetically pleasing veneers.
Usually, this is the case. In certain extreme circumstances, we will extend the veneers to the back of the mouth. Discuss your concerns with one of our smile experts before ordering if you wish for your Press On Veneers to cover all of your teeth.
Teeth form along two "arches" in the mouth. The teeth which extend down from the top are considered the "upper arch" and the teeth which extend up from the bottom are considered the "lower arch".
Press On Veneers are offered on a per arch basis. The upper and lower teeth arches are created separately and thus require double the effort to create your amazing new smile. As such, both arches requires double the cost to build. We do offer 2 Easy Payments to make this more affordable.
Press On Veneers is considered a cosmetic design procedure, and as such, is usually not covered by dental insurance. Please consult your insurance company for more information.
New technology has made making an impression so easy that a dentist is no longer necessary for making a quality bite impression. Most dentists send their work to design labs like ours, so we were able to eliminate the dentist from the process, saving you hundreds!
It starts with an impression. You make the impression using the contents of the initial package and the instructions contained within. You then send the impressions in to us where we design your veneers using specialized CAD/CAM design software based on those impressions. We then build your new smile and send your Press On Veneers back to you by courier.
We scan them into our 3D CAD/CAM software which allows us to see what your existing smile looks like. We then build a smile to match your existing smile, filling in any missing, cracked, or chipped teeth. We then build a prototype using a 3D Printer and send this back to our technicians where they craft a quality set of Press On Veneers, made to press on to your existing smile and give you the smile you've always dreamed of.
As long as they fit your mouth comfortably, no other work is necessary. If you receive your veneers and they do not fit as expected, you may send them back with details on why they did not meet your expectations along with some pictures, and we will remake your veneers for free*!
It usually takes no more than 1 week to receive the initial package to take your impressions. Once we receive your impressions, it can take up to 8 weeks to receive your Press On Veneers by courier. You may elect to take advantage of our SmileExpress™ program upon purchasing. SmileExpress™ will guarantee you receive your veneers within 12 business days from the day after we receive proper impressions of your teeth (excludes weekends and holidays). If the impressions are not usable, extra impression material will be sent and the term will be extended another 12 business days until the day after we receive a good, working impression of your teeth. All Press On Veneers purchased with SmileExpress™ will be sent to the client by FedEx. Note that cases vary and unique cases may require a longer amount of time. Each client receives the same level of care and attention for quality and accuracy.
There are three ways to order. You may order online in our shopping cart, by chatting with one of our smile experts, or by calling a smile expert.
We ship worldwide every day. There are very few areas we cannot ship to. Please be advised that the design laboratory is located in the United States and that customs fees and/or duties may be placed on orders outside of the United States. We do not collect these fees and/or duties and it is the responsibility of the buyer to pay any such fees and/or duties. All orders outside the United States may also be held by customs without our knowledge. Therefore, shipping times are not guaranteed outside of the United States.
Yes, we do have an option when you check out to make 1/2 payment now, and then pay the rest off within 30 days.
We do not run a credit check, and everyone with a Visa, Master Card, Discover, Cashier's Check, or Money Order qualifies. If we can process your initial payment, you qualify for financing!
There are no hidden costs to financing. Once your final payment has processed, your veneers will be finalized and shipped to you.
According to the Terms & Conditions, you have 30 days to make your final payment. If you choose, you may pay the balance early with no penalties. Should you have any difficulties paying the balance within 30 days, please contact a smile expert and explain your situation. In most cases we are able to work out a payment schedule which will fit your budget. However, please note that we cannot ship any Press On Veneers until the final payment has been processed.
Your Press On Veneers include a 12 month limited warranty against any manufacturing defects. There is an optional 3 year warranty which may be purchased when you purchase your veneers. Payment Policy
All services provided by Brighter Image Design Lab® must be paid in full before any Press On Veneers® can be shipped (this excludes the initial impression system).
Brighter Image Design Lab® will be notified about your payment as soon as transaction is completed. Production of your Press On Veneers™ will begin within 2 business days of receiving a usable set of impressions (you will receive an email when production begins).
You will be billed within 24 business hours of the day of the date of purchase unless a refund request is received. If at any time there are any issues with charging your credit card, a representative will contact you within 48 hours of the issue.
Please note that if payment for your Press On Veneers™ in full is not received by your completion date, you will be notified by e-mail and we will attempt to re-charge for up to 3 business days before your case is suspended. You must then contact Client Services to work out payment options. After 30 days without an answer, the case will be considered abandoned and all impressions discarded if the balance is not paid in full.

There is a "100% Satisfaction Warranty" with Press On Veneers™, however, this does NOT mean a "money back guarantee". We have a strict NO MONEY BACK refund policy once production has begun on your Press On Veneers™. Our "100% Satisfaction Warranty" refers to our commitment to ensure the Press On Veneers™ fit and is as visually pleasing as we can make them. We will repair or remake your Press On Veneers™ until you are satisfied with the fit and design of your Press On Veneers™.
"100% Satisfaction Guarantee"
We guarantee that the removable veneers are only designed to fit the model from the impressions we receive from you, and you may not be satisfied with your results. All payments are for design time and lab processing only. If you have any issues with your veneers, we will replace or remake your veneers up to two (2) times (additional photos and/or impressions may be required). There are NO MONEY BACK REFUNDS.
Chargebacks
If you decide you no longer want your Press On Veneers™, and must have a refund, we'd ask that you please contact us. Once you file a chargeback with your financial institution, we cannot issue a refund. The chargeback process credit card companies provide is expensive and time consuming for the merchant and will delay any potential refund due. We can process refunds much faster and with less hassle. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Press On Veneers™, simply notify us of your desire to receive a refund, and a member of our Billing Department will review your case. If they find that a refund is warranted, you will be refunded the amount paid minus a handling and transactions fee of 15% of the full retail price of the Press On Veneers™ and minus the 3-way processing amount for every purchase refunded.
All chargebacks are answered with these terms and conditions you have agreed to.
Refund Policy
Brighter Image Design Lab® has developed and strictly adheres to the following refund policy for Press On Veneers™. We appreciate the fact that you have chosen us to design your Press On Veneers™ and value you as our client.
We begin working on your Press On Veneers™ the moment we receive your impressions, once this process begins there are NO MONEY BACK REFUNDS. Cancelling an order is a large expense and is cumulative the longer we work on your case. For this reason we ask that you e-mail clientservices@pressonveneers.com as soon as possible to request a refund with any issues. You will be notified via e-mail as soon as the refund request is noted in your account or if any further information or action is needed on your part. Refunding your payment Requesting a chargeback, filing a complaint with any website/company not controlled by Brighter Image Lab® or threatening legal action will result in the case immediately being considered abandoned and all impressions will be discarded regardless of any intention to re-purchase continue with the purchase. Be sure that you do not want Press On Veneers™ before you request a refund take any of these actions. If the a refund is desired due to financial restraints, alternative payment options can be arranged with a Client Services Representative.
All requests for account cancellation or complaints must be submitted in writing (email to clientservices@pressonveneers.com is acceptable). It will be necessary for the customer to provide a detailed and accurate reason for requesting a refund requests or complaints. At this time a Brighter Image Design Lab® Representative will attempt to respond to the client's needs in a positive way in order to meet their requirements, and needs to correct any issues and satisfy the client.
Please note that if you have more than one order with us and only cancel one of the them, the refunded amount can not be automatically transferred to any other order that you have with Brighter Image Design Lab®. The refund will need to be processed and file a chargeback or you are granted a refund, a handling and transactions fee of 15% of the full retail price of the Press On Veneers™ and is applied to every purchase refunded (please note 3-way processing will not be refunded). Then a separate transaction can be made to credit the balance to the remaining order.
Refunds will be given for payments received at the discretion of your designated Brighter Image Design Lab® Billing Representative.
Shipping Policy
Please review and verify your shipping address on all orders. We are not responsible for orders that do not arrive because an incorrect shipping address was provided.
All initial impression systems are sent to the client by United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail with Tracking. Client should receive an email within 24 business hours from the date the order was placed with tracking information.
Once the client receives the initial impression system, it is the responsibility of the client to make the impressions of their teeth and send the system back to Brighter Image Design Lab® in a envelope provided (postage paid in the United States only).
After the Press On Veneers™ are completed, client should receive an email with tracking information for their final delivery within 24 business hours.
Tracking information will sometimes show that your package has been delivered, but you haven't yet received it.
Occasionally initial and final deliveries are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, a representative will contact you to verify the delivery address before it is re-shipped.
Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable are not able to be re-shipped until the delivery address is verified by you.
If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and a representative has not contacted you after 4 weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact Client Services.
Reasons for Undeliverable Packages
There are many reasons that a package may be returned to us as undeliverable.
Address is a P.O. Box.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, all orders must be shipped to a street address.
Incorrect Address.
If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is typically returned to us by the United States Postal Service (USPS) or the unintended recipient.
Carrier Does Not Deliver to the Address.
The United States Postal Service (USPS) does not deliver to some addresses and will be returned as a result. Failed Delivery Attempts.
Usually the United States Postal Service (USPS) makes three attempts to deliver a package. After three attempts, the package will be returned to us.
Damaged During Transit.
If a package is damaged on its way to you, the shipper may return it to us without attempting delivery.
Refused by Recipient.
If a recipient is not expecting a package, they may refuse it if they believe it was sent to them in error.
Return Policy
If you wish to return your order, please notify us in writing (email to clientservices@pressonveneers.com is accpetable) and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Please include a detailed description of why you are returning your order complete with pictures and/or video documenting any issues.
Return orders may be subject to a 15% handling and transactions fee of the full retail price of the Press On Veneers™ and the 3-way processing amount will not be refunded. Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
If the return is due to an error by Brighter Image Design Lab®, the handling and transactions fee may be waived and shipping charges may be refunded.
All returns must be accompanied with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns which are incomplete or missing components may be subject to an Incomplete Return charge.
Payment by Check
By paying by check, you authorize the Check Processor, to clear and process Checking information transmitted by you electronically through e-commerce (online shopping cart), email, phone, or chat to fund payments. You agree that you will only transmit images of Checks to the Check Processor.
You agree that by transmiting checking information electronically through e-commerce (online shopping cart), email, phone, or chat you agree it constitutes a legal signature of agreement as per the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act ("UETA"). Once transmitted a Check is an "Item" within the meaning of Article 4 of the Uniform Commercial Code.
You agree you will verify that the funds associated with the Check have been paid by your financial institution to MSC Development.
The Check Processor will transfer the funds related to any Checking information you submit no more than 7 Business Days from the date you submit the information, unless the Checking information does not comply with the requirements above, or is returned unpaid by the bank that it is drawn against. If Brighter Image begins processing your order, and the Check is subsequently returned unpaid for any reason, a hold will be placed on your order until full payment is received by Brighter Image or MSC Development. MSC Development and the Check Processor have the right to refuse any Check transaction submitted by you. MSC Development and the Check Processor may limit the amount and number of Checks that you may submit at MSC Development and the Check Processor's discretion.
If your Account is restricted after you submit information to the Check Processor, a hold will be placed on your order until you resolve the restriction on your Account.
Dishonored Checks and Other Instruments
We will charge you $35-$80 or the highest amount allowed by law, whichever is less, for any check or other instrument (including credit card chargebacks) tendered by you and returned unpaid by a financial institution for any reason. You agree to reimburse us the fees incurred related to any NSF check or charge back, and including but not limited to: an attorney or any collection agency, which may be based on a percentage at a maximum of 33% of the debt, and all costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, we incur in such collection efforts.
Warranty Information and Client Consent
Press-On Veneers™ is a new lab direct dental technique designed for the purpose of cosmetic smile enhancement without a dental visit. Our process is designed to cover dark, stained, crooked, misaligned, or missing teeth. While the materials used for this process frequently appear safe, infrequent side effects can occur. Tooth and gum sensitivity or soreness is the most common side effect. Soft tissue irritation can also occur. If a client experiences these or other adverse symptoms, he/she should stop using the Press-On Veneer™, and consult their treating dentist or doctor. If the client has any known chemical sensitivity or allergic reactions to any dental ingredients please be sure to inform us directly prior to placing your order with us.
Press-On Veneer™ Limited Warranty Information
This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship in the Press-On Veneers® appliance, and runs for one (1) year from the date the client purchases the Press-On Veneers™.
Warranty covers:
Brighter Image Lab® will repair or replace a Press-On Veneers™ that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship. In some cases, new Press-On Veneers™ may need to be manufactured either from the existing impression or from a new impression. The repaired or replacement Press-On Veneers™ will be covered under the original warranty for the remaining time, if any, of the warranty period.
If your Press-On Veneers™ becomes damaged during the warranty period, and the conditions set forth in this warranty have been met and no exclusion applies, return the appliance to us for diagnosis. You can contact Brighter Image Lab® at 1-888-257-2455.
There will be no handling charge for warranty work for the first 90 days of the warranty period. During this initial 90 day period, there will be no charge for repair or replacement and return freight. After 90 days, there will be a $49 handling fee (US dollars) for all warranty claims, which will include return shipping.

Optional "No Fault" Extended Limited Warranty:
For $75 (US dollars), a "No Fault" Extended Limited Warranty may be purchased that provides repair or replacement of your Press-On Veneers™ for three (3) years (two additional years beyond the standard Limited Warranty). This extended coverage means Brighter Image Lab® will repair or replace your damaged Press-On Veneer™, no questions asked, for any reason whatsoever, even if the damage is the client's fault. All other terms and conditions of the Press-On Veneers™ Limited Warranty apply. This offer is valid for 30 days after receipt of appliance.

Optional "RUSH PROCESSING" Smile Express™
For $175.95 (US dollars), a "rush processing" order may be issued which provides top priority for the Press On Veneers™. This "rush processing" order means that Brighter Image® will make their best effort to ensure your Press On Veneers™ will arrive 12-14 business days from the date after proper impressions are received by the lab.
The 12-14 business days excludes all weekend days and holidays and excludes shipping time. In the event the impressions Brighter Image® receives are not suitable to create the Press On Veneers™, a new set of veneers will be required and the 12-14 business days will reset on the day after Brighter Image® Lab receives a suitable set of the client's impressions.
Smile Express™ is now available to all clients regardless of payment schedule, however, order must be paid in full before the Press On Veneers™ will be shipped to the client.

CLIENT CONSENT
I hereby request and authorize Brighter Image Design Lab®(Appearing on my credit card statement as "Image Dental") and whomever they may designate as their assistant(s), to build and perform (from an impression that I take myself) a custom Press-On Veneer™ made to fit over my existing teeth for cosmetic appearance only.

Development Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, successors and assigns arising from or related to the manufacture, supply, development and installation of a custom made dental appliance known as the Press On Veneers™ for my teeth and any other procedure(s) that the Design Lab performs in connection therewith. |
| 2. | I authorize the performance of additional procedures and changes of planned procedures if, in the judgment of "Design Lab", this will be necessary to improve my safety and the results contemplated by the procedure. |
